Description
The Brookhaven library is the oldest and largest public library in the city of Brookhaven. It was built early in the city’s life, and has stood ever since. As the area the library was built in slipped further and further into crime, many were concerned that the library would be forced to close, but the library has so far been spared from the Kulza Family crimes. In fact, some members of the Kulza Family frequent the library, and its status as a non-profit business that has no real way to help the family has caused the library to be a kind of safe zone, free from the conflicts of the Kulza Family and Brookhaven law enforcement.
